How do we compare?

• We never charge a 3% listing commission, your MLS listing is free. 

• We never charge for a color home photo or MLS-associated websites such as Realtor.com. 

• We offer 6 month listing periods.

• We provide optional Realtor lockboxes and signs with no deposit required.

• We do not charge for passing internet leads on to you. 

• We do not charge for supplementary advertising to area relocation departments.
